Exploring Caribbean Innovation Caribbean Urban Forum (CUF) 2023 in Suriname

The Caribbean Urban Forum (CUF) is an annual Conference that brings together high level decision makers, academics, municipal managers and other urban professionals for policy dialogue, knowledge sharing and capacity building on urban sector issues. It has been held annually since 2011 with the exception of 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions.

We hope you are all excited for the 12th Caribbean Urban Forum (CUF) 2023, which will be held from May 31 – June 2 in Royal Torarica in Paramaribo, Suriname. This three day forum is the premier annual regional event on urban planning, development, and land management. This year’s theme is “Improving Resilience and Sustainability through Innovation” and prominently features the project “Harnessing Innovative Technologies to Support Resilience on the Coastal Zones of the Caribbean” by HIT RESET Caribbean. A Kick Off meeting for the third party projects will be held as a pre-conference activity.
